Kevin Philion

Kevin has been with Olympia Gym since 1998. Kevin is the creator of workout program Body Forging. Body Forging combines yoga and martial arts and is a great core workout using body-weight exercises. In addition to teach Body Forging Kevin also teaches Spinning® classes.

Specialities:

Kevin is a master trainer here at Olympia Gym and specializes in programs for all body types and fitness levels.
